Marriage Certificate WITHOUT bribe
Last year when I wanted to get my marriage certificate, I had option to pay Rs. 2000 to a agent and get the certificate and wait for 3-4 weeks for the certificate.
I took the second option and got the certificate which costed just Rs. 100. This happened in PCMC area of Pune.
If we have all the documents required then there will never be any need to pay any bribe and thanks for those government officials also who did not asked for any bribe.
