Pf settlement of a deceased employee
I was diputed by ntpc (my employer) from ********** pradesh to vizag to settle pf dues to late mr ******* who died and he was ex.employee of bhvp vizag.I went to pf office near akkayapalem and submitted papers for settlement of his pf dues and thinking I hv to pay bribe to get this work done. To my surprise by 11 o clock the settlement process was over and cheue given to me before i complete by tea.I went into the pf commissioner's chamber and appreciated. My first impression on watching the staff hall where staff reading **********/papers/chit chatting and i thought my work could not be completed. The commissioner mr ******* explained me that he wl not interefere in employee duties and they hv to complete their job and can do any job. the office was very neat and clean and they are able to take out any file with in minutes .really this is an bench mark office to all pf offices to help ppl who keeps their money in pf accounts
