You have to bribe 10 % to the peon to get the DD of Scholarship from social welfare office.. Once you complete ur bachelors from central govt institute.. For each year tuition fees reimbursement one has to repeatedly travel from state govt office and the institue of wisdom.. Once you get tired the black economy request you to pay 10 % of the sum assured.. N u get it..
