A cop had visited home to verify my younger brothers credentials to issue a passport. He very politely took down all the details and while was about to leave, he started scratching his head in the typical way they do it. So I went in and came back with a 100 rupee note to which he said No sir for passport verification we take 300 bucks!!! As though the rule says so :(
