Twice for myself at Lucknow office and this time for my sister in Ghaziabad office, Passport office continues to be a department where one is forced to grease at every level.
This time all formalities were over, but they were not moving forward my sister's passport, which was ready and lying in their department, because no money was paid. Finally negotiated to pay 2k. Now they say, passport will be delivered in a week's time.
