After verification of all my socuments the guy told me your documents are not compete. I asked him to what to do now? then he took out one slip book and ask me for Rs25/-, he gave me receipet of Rs 25/- welfare fund for Polic, then he aske dfor Rs 200/- . on that i asked him for whate .he shamelasly told "welfare fund ........", " no need to come tomorrow, i will manage all the docs".........
