In all governmental services bribe is just like a fashion and there is almost competition amongst employees how much they earn with bribe the day!
I am also and not only I am but I can 100% surely say that everyone including a born child is a victim of bribe today.
I haven't calculated bribe paid because on every occasion from education to obtaining certies I have to pay bribe either I will not get or will be dismissed for a long period which is very torturing.
