I have been allotted a flat in kothnur bangalore; for which i have submitted all the documents and the case worker said. the documents are correct and no problem with these.
Then he asked me to come after a week for collecting the documents which to be submitted for Registration of my flat..
When i went there, he asked me to give his fees. I told i have paid all the amount required by BDA. Then he said, its his personal fees, so that he can give the documents for further processing. He asked me to pay 5000.00.
His name is Nanjegowda. He is a Senior case worker in BDA,

Looks like he is collecting this money from all the flat allotees. there are around 170 total allottees. So nearly he will make 8Lakh of this bribes
