I had parked my bike near the passport Seva Kendra Malad PSK has i had work in the passport office There was no board anywhere saying there is no parking after i came back my bike was towed to goreagaon east rto office which is under the bridge NEAR Aarey Milk Colony JUNTION I produced my license my puc and my bike papers after which he told me to give my insurance paper i told him i dont have i have it at home he told me to pay 500 for no puc 200 for no parking 500 for insurance ,I did not want to pay fine unnecessary so i went home to malad got all papers and came even after that he told me has my puc is expired 500 and 200 is 800 pay 500 and go he was asking money like a beggar I told him the puc expired last month but he didnt listen i am ashamed of our police officers who ask bribe there should be cameras fitted in this small places also where they take your cars and bikes which are towed this people make the most money they give u offers like they are playing a game to get your own stuff in the end i paid 500 he didn't give me any receipt i went out and the towing guys gave me my bike without receipt, I came to know later that if u dont have a puc fine is 100 and you have to show them in 8 days which that traffic officer didnt tell me I hope there is a group which can be formed and we can trap this cops who act like beggars and make money by taking bribe i personally would be a part of it ........Honestly i have met many decent cops whom we feel proud of but then people like these spoil the whole departments Name 500 was nothing for me but i pity those who have to go through this for whom 500 is a lot
