I daughter born in Wanaparthy 01-05-2009. I am living in Hyderabad so I want to take birth certifciate but i cannot taken in Wanaparthy because of office and personal works. So I decided to take the Birth Certificate from my municipality in Hyderabad and applied from Khairtabad E-********** they send my application to consult ward i.e. 13 ward Musthaidpura, Karwan. That officer immediately called over telephone and he asked me to bring my daughter photos. So I went to that place and I gave my daughter photos. He said see it will take long process and it will cost Rs. 3000/- we have service charges if you agree you pay it other wise he told me bring the letter from Collector Hyderabad and neighbours witnesses and procedures is there it will take too much time. If you agree i will do.
I decided to pay. I paid Rs.2000/- on that day from that weekly once i use to go to visit that officer he always says that it is under process. He taken nearly 3-4 months time to give the Birth *******
