Yes i do paid a bribe of 50 bucks in my college library to escape from the fine imposed on the issued book,which was unfortunately stolen from outside that same library.It happened when i went inside the library to read some newspapers.As soon as i came outside my bag , with the particular book issued was missing.or,must have got stolen.I reported it to the chief librarian,but no action was taken,and they demanded the new book from me.I waited for few months,thinking that my bag will be recovered,but luckily my book reached library from the main gate,informing they found it in garden of my college.So now i was left with the fine,to pay in the library.Then one day i found one newly appointed person,i convinced him with my situation,helped me out by escaping the fine from 200 to just 50 bucks.This was my experience.Hope you enjoyed:-)
