My mother had bought 2 residential plots in her name. We had to complete all the set of documents after registering sale deed like 7/12 utaro, documents 6A and gaam namuno 8 in her name. We have to pay lease every year for that particular residential plot. For paying lease and getting original receipt every year and getting other documents like 7/12 utaro, 6A and gaam namuno 8 which are documentary proof that we are the owner of those plots in the records of that particular gram panchayat wherein Revenue Officer (Mantri) gives such proofs we had pay Rs. 1,500 per plot to him to get these documentary proofs of our ownership. In Rajkot and in Saurashtra to get all these records which are documentary proofs each and everyone has to pay minimum Rs. 1500. Even the lawyers and advocates pay them so the job is done faster. To change this everything should be online, I pay all the fees online and I get original documentary proofs of ownership in a specified time period. This project should be taken by Indian or Gujarat Government to reduce corruption.
