Hi all, this is story about the bribe I had to pay to the electricity department to get immediate electricity connection in a large condominium in Ghaziabad. I was asked to pay bribe to get a connection or wait for an unlimited time. I had no other option than to pay since I already have the flat in my hands and wanted to move to it. Since I had an option to wait, probably I should not have accepted to pay. Instead, should have waited for the connection even if it took for ever. However, all the residents of this condominium have paid bribe to get their connections.
