Bribe to get your own birth certificate - Razole, AP

I paid 10,000 Rs and roamed around Municipal office from pillar to post for more than a month to get my Birth certificate. I have evidence from the Hospital. But the Municipal office said as the older records before 1980 are all burnt due to some unknown reasons and are not computerised, they don't issue birth certificate. Finally they asked a bribe of 10,000 and I paid it as there is no other choice. Finally when I got the birth certificate it is full of spelling mistakes. One might screw up the name spell as names are spelled in different way by different people, but the spelling of month and year..!!
My experience with them is the worst ever I had in my life and not one but all of them are worthless, shameless and remorse less swines.
