Bribe for getting my international Driving licence for 4 wheeler

I tried hard to get my international driving licence done. But unfortunately i was fedup of running from 1 person to another. And everytime i was asked for some or the other documents or reports, For example - Eyesight report, copy of indian driving licence. i had to stand in queue for hours but still didnt managed to get my licence.
One day i met a person who introduced me to an official who used to work in the office responsible for issuing of the licence. Since i was irritated, disappointed and angry too of wasting my time in gettin my licence done. I decided to pay Rs 3500 to that person. And will you believe, i had my licence within 24 hours and above all the person whom i paid the ransom didnt asked for even a single document or reports and not even my previous indian licence. But still he managed to get my licence done. Dat day i realised what a great country India is, where u neednot to worry abt nything. if u have money in ur pocket.
