First, I paid 100 rs for a 10 rs passport form and when I came other day to submit the form, I needed to pay 500 to get to the passport issuing officer else there was a long queue which was not moving a bit because of this back-entry by 500 rs. So I with my 4 friends paid 500 rs each to get to there.
