When I approached the department directly, after giving me a ********** after 5 days, they said I had a few mistakes in the leave and licence agreement and that cant be registered and the next available ********** was after 8 days. Frustrated with this I appointed a lawyer / agent who charged 7500 which included 5000 as "greasing the wheels" so that there was "no squeaking" from the officials. The result was that I got the appointment the very next day - without a single change in the leave and license agreement!! amazing and simply disgusting.
