I dont think there is any electricity office in india which do not take bribe for new meter connection,when i filled the new connection form i was not known of the bribe procedure there i wnt to the office many times they say meter is not available each time and thay are calling 4 the new meter,bt after some time a line man told me that give 2000rs they will give a new connection.
