I got a job and I had to get a health certificate filled and signed from the General Hospital in Kochi. However, there was nobody to help with each doctor/nurse having the excuse that they are extremely busy. I ended up calculating my weight, height, measurements and filling the form on my own. The only thing left to do was get a sign and a seal from a doctor. I approached Dr Joy and he signed the document along with asking me for a "signing fees" of 150 rupees. Without any other option, I ended up paying the money.
