I was story of govt. envolvement in curruption
it was said to pay bribe for legal work considering it is officials rights
the layout i had submitting papers for sanctioning are correct by rules and regulations but officials are not ready to sign on it without bribe They told it is our rights of power we have. they make me on my knees to pay amount otherwise threatning for rejection of case and i pay bribe to all officials
