My Honda Activa was lifted by Nagpur RTO personals from a no-parking zone. When I went to release my vehicle from the Department I was shocked by the straight forward demand of Rs. 200 instead of Official Charges of Rs. 150 saying that if I will go for fair charges it will take about 30-45 minutes to complete the process but if I pay the bribe my vehicle will be released immediately without showing the Registration Certificate & Insurance *******
