Bribe taken just because I was a contractor

I had to file an FIR about my lost cell phone in VIdyaranya puram Police station area of Mysore. Silly case, right? BUt the police constables present there asked for Rs. 100-00 immediately upon hearing that I was a contractor.

Surprisingly though, the demand was first spelt out by the female constable who said -"Oh, we must not accept anything less than Rs. 100-00 from you."
