My relative had a problem with the water line leakage and they were not getting water supply into their home. we called a plumber, after checking the water line he told there is a problem with the water line which has gone through the road for which we suppose to take BWSSB and BBMP(local corporation) permission and letter to dig the road . we went there and asked for permission for the mentioned work. They asked us to pay 2,500 as govt. fees and 10000 as a bribe otherwise they told our papers wont be moved and water line will be cut and they will send notice for not taking permission to dig the road. hence we had no choice other than bribing and getting things done. This is the case because we planned to go legally....
