Bribed to get an Indian visa

I followed the procedure as outlined on their website and mailed my application for the visa in Toronto, Canada. They should mail it back to me as they asked to include the envelope and the postage. Since I haven't recieved my visa I called them to know the status of my visa. Someone answred saying to come to pick up. So I went to pick up the visa. This officer ask me to wait and wait and wait for hours and hours. In fact, it was a Canadian passport. Finally, he asked me something...i aske what something? He came to a corner and ask me $200.00. Then I became silent for a minute....then went down to get the money and paid this ********** to get the visa. This indians will never chenge form bribings.
