Builder pays for kid killed during construction

I am not involved in this case but, as this case belongs to my ex company where i used to work. My boss paid a huge sum for stopping his arrest and closing a case where a kid died on construction site at andheri west near the airport wireless zone and the club. The company was constructing and a huge whole was created which was not barricaded and during the monsoon lots of water filled inside the ground where the child died. the date paid is wrong above and the amount is more, but as i am afraid of telling just informing the details where the accident took place and the year and the police station. sorry otherwise my boss might kill me too .
