Humbly I state the following few genuine problems facing since Feb 2010. I am serving in Indian Army and posted in Field area. I had purchased a plot at Etawah town in 1997 ( UP). Some people resident of Etawah Town had constructed a 7 feet wall over my foundation .
Being a serving soldier, I was having full ********** on law and order of India as well state (UP). But after involvement in such a juncture I can expect nothing from this huge
Machinery system. The present scene of this town is totally goondaraj on all respect ie “Law and Order “as well as police department. Here the police personal are threatening me to pay large sum of money for resolution of case, police personals are in attachment with goondas ,They do as they desire.
My approach to DM, ADM, SDM and SSP is totally abolished by goondas because they are more power full than law and order, every body have fear of them and they are
Doing so many illegal attempt ie harassment of poor, illegally capture their property; make murders during day in front of police security.
In this case I sent many fax to Chief Minister of UP, DM Etawah and SSP of town
and personally met them, But no action was taken by all of the above, instead of help, police has threaten me to leave this town other wise I would be murderd ,media persons are unable to telecast anything due to the fear of goondas .The two police sub inspector had taken bribe from me and my brother in law for resolution of case but they had not taken any action against above name people. Now no body is investigating the case, and above name persons are making construction on my land on the bases of gun while the plot is registered on my name as per tehsil documents since 1997
Recently when I came to know that above named persons had again started construction on my plot, I tried to contact SSP but the officer said that ,he is busy in election and disconnected my call. I faxed my problem to same officer (SSP) but no action has been taken so for, resultant the goodas had made single room and started living there and the Same problem I had faxed to DM(Etawah) and Honorable Chief Minister (UP) on 20 Oct2010.
Many times I tried to lodge FIR in Police Choky but they had not lodge FIR One SI had pressurized me not to make construction on my plot and arrested myself and my nephew that time. I lodge one complain to CVC (complain No 90968) against the police department of this district
Now I request you to please guide me where I can get justice in India. You are requested to give me help to overcome this problem and to stop this inhumanity act in this town. Still I am waiting for your sympathy and kindness for giving justice to a serving soldier.
