I got my license after 20 years and the only reason behind this is i always wanted to get license of my own. I got rejected for various reasons atleast 7 to 8 times. Finally I gave my papers to agent and he got it done everything and finally I got my license on the same papers for which i got rejection in last august.
I was so unhappy for whole process though i got my license this this time without any hassle. The problem is that one person is not doing this, the whole RTO personnel are involved as everybody get their share of bribe.
