Corruption in BWSSB, Sahakara Nagar Sub Division

I had applied for cauvery connection from BWSSB for my house (32'x38') and the total official cost came to 45K. A BWSSB inspector (Ramachandra) visited us and told that he need bribe to help us in getting connection. When we expressed reluctance, despite personally requesting AEE (uday shanker) for quick sanction. He was withholding our file for past 2 months now, out of frustration I was compelled to pay 500.00, only just to register my application. Sensing the office atmosphere, I'm afraid by the time i get my water connection, how much will these bug suck off me.,
