Customs Bribe
I came out of baggage claim section and there were 2 customs officers who were standing who said that my baggage has a 'cross' mark. I told i dont know why they have put a cross mark. They said there should be something inside the bag. I said there is only one camera which is 3 yrs old and then some of my certificates. I said that i'm ready to open and show the bag. They said, no there must be some problem and you need to pay us 'something'. He asked me to stand aside and act like filling the form and place the bribe in the passport and give it. I did the same as i had to hurry (it my mistake for not arguing with them further - again i dont have any hope of winning by arguing). I gave Rs.200 as bribe.
