CUSTOMS OFFICER ASKES FOR CASH

On my trip to Bangalore from Dubai,I had brought along with me a LCD TV Samsung Series 6.
The customs officer asked me to pay him some so that I could take it along with me.He did a rough calculation on his Cals and showed me that I have to pay 8000 IRS.I told him I would pay that amount provide he gives me a Customs Duty Paid receipt, he declined and asked me to pay anything I had , I paid him IRS 2000.
