I am a businessman in Pune area, We have to keep all the ESI documents and face audit every year.
The entire process is very taxing and time consuming. My audit this year lasted for more than 6 months. We have submitted each and every document. Just to pass the file and close the audit report we had to pay him Rs 20,000 and that to even after lot of negotiations.
