In the commercial tax office, lucknow. i am a businessman and every year i have to do 'case' in tax office.
i have totally no.1 purchase and sale. after that every year i have to pay 20000 rs. deputy commisioner of sales tax. if i will not pay then he will not sign my file positively.
first year i did not agree to pay for it, after two months a government notice of recovery is pursue against me. i had sturggled two months after that i had to paid 30000 plus mental harassment.
