Officer at the desk refused to show me the duty percentage. Falsely overbilled items claiming that 'he knew the real price'. Asked for 4000, settled at 2. Police officer named Bala collected the bribe in a room close to the desk.

Would have been helpful if the duty rates were publicly posted at the airport.
