To get my International Driving Permit

I had been asked to bribe to get the job done quickly. But usually it takes a day to get the IDP if all the documents are submitted. In my case i had all the documents and i was perfectly fine the process taking more than a day or two. Still i had to bribe just before i could collect my IDP Which i hate.
