On one hand Bihar Government is celebrating Bihar Diwas, on the other story outside the Capital Patna remains the same, whether it is infrastructure or any aspect.
We are getting our house built in Darbhanga. And it requires approval of Building Map from Municipal Corporation. Even after having all documents in place and getting the approval from all levels, our file got stuck at top level. And my mom stays alone there, so she does not have any choice but to pay the money.
And story does not end here. After taking the bribe its almost 6 months, and file is at the same table. And now we have lost all our hopes that anything could be done. Even RTI fails there.
