MY sister given birth to a baby boy on 11-12-2009 in hospital, Hospital staff registered birth in Kapra municipality, They have registered in there record books, but not updated in GHMC (IT / computer) department.

So, when ever i visit to E-sava center they are not willing to take Birth certificate Request, then paid Rs 500 to a computer operator in municipality office, My work is done in 10 days of time with out any Documents. Before that every week i use to visit GMCH office, kapra municipality , and E - sava with ID proof, address prof , Notary cert... e.c.t for 3 months.
