Driving a motor vehicle , i have everything DL , RC, PC and all, he stopped he dint check anything he opened a book and wrotes penalty of 200, later i observed its a personally printed book, no carbon copy attached to it , and that too there is no evidence to govt that his police submitting receipts to government.
