Health Inspector Taking Bribe in the Area

This is from adjoining areas of Prashanth Layout, ECC Road, ITPL Whitefield Area. Here there is a health inspectors Mr. Prakash from GarudacharPalya ward and Mr. Vinod from Kadugodi ward whose only work is to threaten houses and apartments with serving notice and looting them with bribe.
This area does not have a sewage connection yet. And residents even after spending lacs on their properties and apartments on STP (sewage treatment plant) have to still shell out money to these crooks for leaving the recycled water in the drains.
BWSSB is taking Rs 100/- per apartment flat every month as additional charge for buying equipments from around past 5 months. Till today there is not sign of providing sewage connection.
Here, it looks like BWSSB officials and Health Dept officials are working hand in gloves to extract their monthly 'income'.
BWSSB and Health Inspectors and the BBMP officials have monthly meetings where they discuss about the Health issues if any in their respective wards. These people never think of providing basic amenities of sewage.
Being hub of educated people, every resident is ready to comply with the waste management policies. All it requires is a friendly corporation and it's departments who help to solve people's issues and not threaten and ask for bribes.
