Hided motorcycle and asking for money

I went to Kishangarh Railway station, and went inside just to see if train will come on time. There were two more motorcycles there in noparking. I also kept there as I was supposed to take not more then one minute. I came outside within one minute. I was shocked for missing motorcycle while other two's were still there. We were going to GRP but outside two people met me and asked what happened? I tald them about missing mo.c. They told me that GRP has taken it and it will be fined more then 500 and will need to go to court and follow the lawsuit. I was in hurry, so they asked for me 250 to get the bike. There was nobody in GRP at the time. They told that they know (Mr. **********- they were saying him as incharge of GRP) the incharge and will call them. I handed out 200 and requested them to help. I shocked when one of them got my bike from inside there own parking area. I thought, if would have not given bribe, I might have never got the bike, as it is like they have theft it, because it was there personal parking.
I came back.
