I was running from more than 6 months to reconnect the electircity at my home but not happened. Then i decided to go for some middle man to get this done. He charged me 5K to do the complete activity but when he asked for more for bribing some individual in electricity dept. I was shocked that the department individual asking me to shell out 16K for two meters. When I found there is no other ways then negotiated and bring the bribe to 7K and after paying all of my work got done within 2-3 days.
