I have paid a bribe to EE(Electrical Engineer) of vinobanagar office in shimoga, he will not do anything without a bribe, if we did not pay he will start a story that you need morethan 2 kv power for 30X40 House construction and you need to pay ur temp bill 4 days before or else etc etc etc etc........
