I paid bribe to Goverment officer to do his duty

My sister is doing a job in one of the goverment offices. Its her time to get confirmation, this request came to our local Sathyamangalam VAO. I submitted the papers but he was clearly stating that he need money to travel Erode and share deatils with collector Erode. The cost I paid is 300 and we have been forced to paid.
