I paid bribe to issue my Passport.My police report was clear.On their website they post that "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time
" on 4 th April 2011.So when i go to their office they demanded me 1000 rupees.I paid it & got my passport.
