I paid bribe to MHADA for change of name during purchase of property

In case of change in MHADA flats, MHADA demands INR 35000 as official fees. To get this done, the lawyer / estate agent asks for INR 10000 as bribe for smooth transfer. The fees itself should not be charged by MHADA and it has been recently upheld by courts as well.
