I have a small business here in Surat with my two other partners. Few days before we sold our products to a person against PDC, once we delivered our goods, within few days the client closed his shop and went away (from 28th January and the PDC was drawn on 1st Feb, 2011), I was to busy for my other stuffs, we all partners sat together on 3rd Feb and decided to take some action because it was our necessity to prove and establish ourself in the market, even I told my partners that if we would failed to show some strong actions, other people with similar mentality will also try to make some fraud with us.
That afternoon I wrote an application to various local authorities, meantime we gather some information about the our goods, actually it was an organized fraud, there were three persons behind this one person took responsibility to sell the goods in open market from his own shop and we got some info that our goods dumped in this person's shop. We disclosed everything to the local police. Two policemen came with us and we raid on the accused person's office and found all our goods there. We captured that person and brought him in the police station.
I paid 15000 Rs Cash to local police to get back my goods either police office said me it will be a long procedure to get my goods back from police and court., even one another person who had to recover his goods from this person paid the same amount with me.
Moreover, police fetched around 100000 Rs more from the person who was behind this fraud. On that night police already made 1.5 lac indian rupees within 3-4 hours!
