I paid Rs 7000 to main registrar in Feb 2006 in Nasik collector office premises, for registration of our home. Their standard rates are even higher. They are not happy since computerization of their work. The reason is that they have to do their "dhanda" for specific period of time of day as servers are not available after office hours.
