My baby was born on july 16th 2010,when i went to collect birth certificate i saw that her mother name was wrongly put,when i asked for correction they asked me to produce few documents which i did honestly.but even after that whenever i went to collect certificate they said file has been put up..it requires many approvals bla bla bla...finally he asked me 100rs which i paid as i needed birth certificate to get passport for my baby..i stay in hamburg germany..when i compare goverment officials here and in india i feel so much frustated..
