I went through the right channel to get a new broadband connection filling in all the forms and application, after the due date I was curious that I still had not got the connection I went to the office and I was asked to contact Mr.X who then told me that it was impossible to get a connection in my area as there needs to be a pole erected and I would have to bear the cost if I need it immediately or I need to wait for 3 more months I told him is there any other way then I was told if I paid Rs500 he would have the authorities to erect a new pole for the connection to my surprise there was already a pole through which I got the connection the very same evening.
