It may seem little, but it is not
Our bus fare is 8 rupees wherever you go. but students have concession and they have to pay only 5 rupees as per law. but they charge only 3 or 4 rs sometimes and then,obviously, do not make tickets. in case of normal citizen, they are charged either 5 rupees. though it may seem little amount, but calculate it for 400 buses and at least 30 re each for every buses. you will know how big it is.(30 is in least corruption case)
