I wanted to get my khatha from registration department, the cost of the chalan was just 800Rs AFAIK, but the agent took 5000 from me and as per him 3000 goes as bribe and 1000 is his fee and aprox 1000 for khatha chalan..not sure how easily we can eradicate this .
